May permission be given for particulars of Exchequer bonds and coupons on Income Tax Form A No. 2 to be left blank at date of declaration under guarantee of Hongkong and Shanghai Bark that form will be completed properly by them before pre- sentation. Bonds and coupons purchased locally are held by Hongkong and Shanghai Bank London on behalf of local purchasers because of war risk and for general convenience and particulars cannot be got under 3 months by post.
